Happy Holi Chefs! Chaat and Samose are synonymous with Holi so here is my presentation. Simple yet very tasty

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the potatoes and peas separately. Drain, peel and set aside. Mash the potatoes
* Step 2
Make Coriander and cumin seeds powder.
* Step 3
In a pan heat oil, add coriander & cumin seeds powder, Hing, ginger paste, chopped green chilies, add mashed potatoes, boiled peas. Add Aamchur powder, Chaat Masala, garam masala powder, salt and mix well to cook for 5-6 mins, add chopped coriander leaves. Mix and set aside
* Step 4
Take bread slices and with cookie cutter cut circular shapes. Make Pattie out of mashed potatoes and place on the bread slices, grate cheese and on 180 deg C Pre heat bake for 7-8 mins. Set aside
* Step 5
Garnish with Beetroot Chutney and coriander chutney, Bhujia, pomegranate seeds. Enjoy Holi
