Gur ka Pooda with Vanilla Ice Cream

What is Holi without Malpua or in this case Gur ka Pooda. I added Vanilla Ice cream instead of eating with Rabri
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For Gur ka Pooda - in a pan add Gur and water and on medium flame stir to dissolve Gur, strain and set aside
* Step 2
In a bowl add Wheat flour, cardamom powder, fennel powder, salt and baking soda and mix, add gently to the Gur and keep whisking to avoid lumps.
* Step 3
Add milk and water if need be gently to make a batter. Set aside 15 mins
* Step 4
In a pan heat 1 tsp oil and pour a ladle of the batter. Keep flame on medium and once bubbles are noticed flip, fry for 1 mins and set aside. Complete the batch
* Step 5
For Vanilla Ice cream - whisk the whipping cream until hard peaks are there, add condensed milk and vanilla beans and whisk for 2 mins.
* Step 6
Pour into ice cream tray and freeze for 1 hour to set, whisk again for 2 mins and add to the ice cream tray. Freeze 24 hrs
* Step 7
To plate pour the Vanilla Ice cream on the Gur ka Pooda and garnish with chopped almonds, pistachios and edible rose petals. Enjoy!
