Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add Ata, red chili powder, turmeric powder, ajwain, salt, and ghee, mix well. Add spinach purée and mix well. Add fry kasoori Methi.
* Step 2
Add adequate water to make a tight dough. Smear with ghee and cover to roll out later for 15 mins.
* Step 3
Make balls. Take one ball and sprinkle some Ata on the kitchen top and with a rolling pin roll out the Paratha in a circular shape.
* Step 4
To make Lachha use the fan folding method and then fold as a circle from right to left and tuck the tail end beneath. Complete for all Balls.
* Step 5
With a rolling pin roll out the Lachha. Set aside. Complete the batches.
* Step 6
In a pan heat and add the Lachha Paratha, press on sides and add ghee, fry until golden for 2 mins, flip, add ghee and fry for another 2 mins. Set aside
* Step 7
Plate with Beetroot Chutney and enjoy a healthy meal for the winter months.
