Stir fry Long beans is a universal Thai dish that can be enjoyed as a side dish with anything. Pad in Thai means stir fry, Tua Fakyao is Long Beans
Ingredient

Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-15 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the long beans and cut 2” diagonally so that while plating looks good. Set aside
* Step 2
Roughly crush the garlic cloves and chop them fine
* Step 3
In a bowl mix the mushroom soya sauce, oyster sauce, shrimp tamali and set aside
* Step 4
In a pan heat oil, add the garlic mince and stir fry on medium flame for 2-3 mins. Add the beans, and stir fry for 3-4 mins.
* Step 5
Boil the salted eggs. (Eggs should be kept in salt overnight). Deshell one and add the egg into the sauce
* Step 6
Into the pan add the sauce, stir and add the water, stir frequently. There should be a crunchy texture
* Step 7
Add white pepper powder and mix well. Stir
* Step 8
If water is needed add but the texture should be crunchy
* Step 10
Add rest of the boiled egg halved and enjoy
