It’s National Nutrition week and all our meals should always be nutritious and not just during this week. I made a Abocado sandwich and loved my breakfast
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the baby spinach, open the avocado and make thin slices
* Step 2
On the bread lay the baby spinach and add the thin slices of avocado.
* Step 3
In a pan heat oil, break the egg to make a poach. Make the poach as per choice
* Step 4
Place the poach on the avocado, break a little to have the yolk peeping out
* Step 5
Add some chilli flakes, salt and pepper and enjoy with a beverage
