Yoghurt Soup

#boxweek18 Yoghurt is so good for health that one should have in any form everyday. I enjoyed a lovely Soup for lunch today

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 serving

Cooking time :

Preparation time-5 mins, Cooking time-15 mins
1.5 cups

Yoghurt

1 cup

water

2 Tbsp

oil

1/2 tsp

Hing

1 sprig

curry leaves

As per taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl add yogurt, Besan, and turmeric powder and whisk well so that there should be no lumps.

* Step 2

In a pan heat oil and add whole red chili, let it splutter, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and let it splutter.

* Step 3

Add hing, stir. Add curry leaves, chopped onion, chopped ginger, chopped green chilies, and on low flame keep stirring for 1 min.

* Step 4

Add the yogurt and stir on high flame to get a boil. Reduce the flame and add salt, and simmer for 10 mins until yogurt gets a thin consistency.

* Step 5

Set aside and serve hot. Garnish with green chilies and coriander leaves. Enjoy
