Chicken Popcorn is such a popular snack universally that making it at home just comes naturally. Better taste and all food safety norms observed. Especially today being World Food Safety Day.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For Chicken Popcorn - on a chopping board cut chicken breaths into small cubes like Popcorn. Set aside.
* Step 2
In a bowl add chicken pieces, add salt, garlic-ginger paste, chopped coriander, deghi Mirch powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, coriander leaves chopped, and marinate the chicken pieces well. Set aside.
* Step 3
In another bowl add cornflakes and crush coarsely. Add fresh breadcrumbs and mix well.
* Step 4
Add chicken marinated pieces to it and coat well.
* Step 5
In a wok heat adequate oil. Gently add the chicken to it. Fry 80% and set aside. Complete the whole batch. Re-fry the pieces again and make them golden and crispy. Set aside.
* Step 6
For Garlic - Mayonnaise Dip - in a bowl add garlic cloves, green chilies, olive oil and mayonnaise. Mix well and dip is ready.
