Sunday lunch time calls for an enjoyment with Mojito and I enjoyed my lunch over Cucumber-Mint Mojito.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Muddle Cucumber slices, mint leaves and lime juice. But don’t overdo as it will turn bitter
* Step 2
Add Vodka, simple syrup and ice in a shaker and shake well. Strain and top with Club Soda
* Step 3
Pour onto a serving glass, garnish with cucumber slices, lime slices and mint leaves. Enjoy! Drink responsibly
