Ingredient

Preparation Time-10 mins, Cooking Time-10 mins
2 slices

Sandwich bread

1 Tbsp

butter

1/4 cup

mayonnaise

As per taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop the cabbage fine, peel and chop the carrot, chop the onions. Add all to the blender. Blend smooth

* Step 2

In a bowl add mayonnaise (I made at home), add vinegar, salt and black pepper. Whisk well.

* Step 3

Add the blended cabbage mix to the mayonnaise mix and mix well.

* Step 4

Cut the sides of the bread, butter well both the slices, add the cabbage mix and spread it evenly on one slice. Place the other slice on it. Slice diagonally.

* Step 5

Plate and enjoy a healthy coleslaw sandwich
