Thandai Malai Cake

Ingredient

Preparation time-15 mins, Baking time-40 mins
1 cup

Malai

200 ml

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl sieve dry ingredients or All-purpose flour, baking soda and baking powder. Mix and set aside

* Step 2

In another bowl add fresh cream, powdered sugar and Thandai essence. Mix well.

* Step 3

Add milk and flour mix alternatively and slowly and gently mix

* Step 4

Add food colour and pour into a greased and dusted baking bowl.

* Step 5

Add chopped dry fruits and Pre heat to 180 deg C for 35-40 mins or until done.

* Step 6

Take a toothpick to see doneness

* Step 7
