Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Separate the hibiscus petals. Wash thoroughly in cold water
* Step 2
Add the petals to hot water and watch change colours. Keep it only for 10 mins and not more
* Step 3
Strain and set aside to cool
* Step 4
Add mint leaves and lot of ice
* Step 5
Pour into glasses, add lime juice and see change colour to red. Add lime wedges, plate and enjoy
