Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak the Chire or Poha for 5 mins. Set aside
* Step 2
In a wok heat oil and add mustard seeds, sliced onions and stir for 1 min. Add curry leaves and when it splutters add chopped potatoes and peanuts
* Step 3
Fry until potatoes soften a little and add Chire or Poha, stir well. Add turmeric powder, slit green chillies, salt and stir well. Don’t overdo as Chire or Poha can become mushy.
* Step 4
Add lime juice and set aside covered
