Paneer Cucumber Salad
Salad is so essential in ones diet and of course with variety the taste is so different. I chose to make a cooksnap from Ms.Vaishali Suhas’s recipe and thank you for her share which I tweaked to suit my taste

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add cubed paneer, boiled chickpeas chopped capsicum, boiled corn kernels, ginger chopped
* Step 2
Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, black pepper powder, salt to the paneer bowl and mix well. Set aside.
* Step 3
Cut half way to a cucumber carefully like a rectangle and extract the cut part. Deseed the cucumber
* Step 4
Add the paneer with vegetables mix into the cucumber and plate
* Step 5
During plating add some more chopped parsley, and basil leaves and enjoy a healthy salad
