Dorayaki Cake

#GA4 #week22 Dorayaki Cake originated in Japan with Azuki beans filling. I made eggless and added Chocolate Hazelnut as filling. The word Dora means a Japanese gong and the Azuki or Japanese red beans is always not readily available in my city. So instead of adding Kidney beans which is not even close to Azuki beans I added Chocolate Hazelnut
