French Omelette is wee bit different than Spanish, English, Italian ones. More butter makes it more soft. Adding parsley gives a different taste altogether. Of course a Classic French Omelette will have Chives too. I didn’t add

Preparation time-5 mins, Cooking time-5 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl break the eggs, add pepper and salt and chopped parsley. Beat not too much with a fork but make sure that the egg whites mix well and doesn’t stay at the bottom
* Step 2
In a pan on low flame first add the butter and increase the flame to have bubbles in the butter. Add the egg
* Step 3
Quickly with one hand keep moving the pan and keep getting the eggs into the centre to help to fold. Do this 2-3 times
* Step 4
Bring the egg to one side and fold once with the fork. Gradually fold the other side and make a little arch.
* Step 5
With plate on one hand flip the egg. Garnish with some micro greens, a cherry tomato and enjoy softest French Omelette
