Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl mix besan, rice flour, hing, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, baking soda and salt.
* Step 2
Add adequate water to make a thick batter
* Step 3
Heat oil in a pan and pour the batter with a 1/4 cup measuring bowl on the ladle with holes and slowly move so that the boondis form and drop on the hot oil
* Step 4
Deep fry and set aside. Fry peanuts and curry leaves and plate
