Vrat ki Chaat
During Navratri one can enjoy Chaat too keeping you all that is allowed during Navratri. My take on this Chaat.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Roast the Sweet potato in the oven. Peel and make 1” cubes
* Step 2
Cut the Kiwi and peel and cut into 1” cubes
* Step 3
Boil the Beetroot, peel and cut into 1” cubes
* Step 4
In a bowl add all the cut fruits and add olive oil, 1 tsp honey, roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder and sendha namak. Toss in the bowl well to mix the spices with the fruits
* Step 5
Pierce into skewers and in a pan, pan fry the fruits for 1-2 mins. Set aside
* Step 6
In a small bowl add honey, black pepper powder, roasted cumin powder and sendha namak and keep it ready
* Step 7
Plate on yogurt and place the fruits. Drizzle the honey on it and enjoy. Garnish with coriander leaf.
