Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add Jowar flour, Bajra flour, baking soda, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and yogurt. Mix well
* Step 2
Add water to make a soft dough.
* Step 3
Roll it and make 1-2 balls. Grease Idli tray and pour the mix. Steam for 20 mins. Cool completely
* Step 5
In a pan heat oil and add mustard seed and sesame seed. Fry the Balls until golden in colour. About 7-8 mins in low heat
* Step 6
Plate and garnish with grated coconut and chopped coriander and enjoy
