Avocado, Bacon on Sweet Potato Fry

Sweet Potato tastes very nice as a Tikki with either a shallow fry or deep fry or bake. Avocado mix is such a nutritious dish on it's own. Topping with bacon and coriander leaves gives this snack a great taste.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For Avocado mix - wash, scoop and with a fork mash the avocado. Not fine but keeping some of the chunks. Add paprika, lime juice and chopped fine garlic cloves. Mix and set aside
* Step 2
For Sweet Potato fry - Boil the Sweet potato in a pressure cooker with 3 whistles. Cool, drain, peel and mash.
* Step 3
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, besan, rice flour, Aamchur powder, lime juice, salt and few chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
* Step 4
Form tikkis. In a wok heat oil and shallow fry the tikkis on both sides. Set aside
* Step 5
For plating, place the sweet potato tikkis, take a Tbsp of avocado mix and place on the Tikki, add the fried bacon piece and add a coriander leaf. Enjoy to eat
