Chicken curry

#bakraeid Chicken curry with Roti is an ideal food for this festival time during Bakri EID

Ingredient

Preparation time-15 mins, Cooking time-30 mins

garlic paste

1/2 tsp

ginger paste

as per taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the chicken pieces well. In a wok heat oil and fry the chicken pieces on a slow flame until the pink colour is gone and the chicken is well fried. Set aside

* Step 2

In the same oil add onion paste and stir well so that the raw aroma goes and then add ginger garlic paste. Stir for 2-3 mins.

* Step 3

At this time add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, and salt. Stir for 5-7 mins and then add the fried chicken pieces. Stir well until tomatoes are mushy

* Step 4

Add water and cover to cook. In between stir and see whether the chicken is cooked. Set aside

* Step 5

Plate and enjoy with Roti
