Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For the Matri - in a bowl add Maida, Ata, Besan, Ajwain, Ghee, salt and mix well
* Step 2
Add chilled water and make a tight dough. Cover with a cloth for 20 mins
* Step 3
Roll with a rolling pin and cut the sides with a knife. Make a square.
* Step 4
Make insertions diagonally and roll carefully so as not to break. Cut the edges
* Step 5
In a wok heat oil and on medium-low flame carefully add the matris to fry. Don’t flip the sides often as it might break. Fry until golden in colour and set aside
* Step 6
Heat water and add tea leaves. Switch off the flame. Add milk and pour into cup. Add Kesar and plate
* Step 7
To plate add the Tea in the centre and garnish with cardamoms and place the matris. Enjoy hot
