Papaya Smoothie

#week3of5 Papaya is so good for health and in this summer time a smoothie is ideal for a non junk snack.

Ingredient

4 tbsp

yoghurt

2 Tbsp

honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and peel the ripe papaya. Cut into pieces.

* Step 2

Add the cut papaya pieces into the blender

* Step 3

Add yoghurt, milk, honey to the cut papaya

Hand blend the mix and pour into a glass and refrigerate for an hour. Enjoy chilled
