Moong Dal Burger

#week3of5 #goldenapron3 #week20 Burger can be sure healthy and non junk. So I made it with Moong Dal and made it special healthy. The Patti is Vegetarian Galouti Kabab and very tasty

Ingredient

Preparation time -24hrs15mins,Cooking Time-35mins
1/2 tsp

sesame seeds

1/2 tsp

cumin seeds

2 Tbsp

oil

As per taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and soak Moong Dal overnight. Drain and add chopped ginger, cumin seeds, green chilli, lime juice, baking powder and salt. Make a coarse paste in a mixie.

Grease a airtight container with oil and pour the Moong Dal mix

In a big bowl heat water below the level of the air tight bowl and in low flame steam for 25 mins. Insert a tookpick and if it comes clean then it’s done. If not then steam for further 5 mins

Cool it from the air right container and cut into two halves.

Add Pattie of your choice and enjoy the Moong Dal Burger
