Sophisticated 7 tier chaat!
All time favourite, tickles everyone's taste buds.No one can say Noooo for this mouthwatering chaat . Be it a doctor or a Nutritionist ,if it comes to homemade chaat that too all coustamized at home , cannot say no to it . This chaat is so irresistible and a meal by itself ..skip one lunch and have this . Believe me you won't have any regrets ! #boxweek16 #sangitakalra
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Beat curd, add black salt, castor sugar to it keep aside. Take bhallas and soak them in lukewarm water before hand.I used my homemade moong dal bhallas.You can use of any dal bhallas you make.
* Step 2
Roughly break khasta papri and keep aside.I used homemade whole wheat flour khasta papri. Feel free to use the readymade ones.Mix chopped potatoes with plum chutney.Keep aside. Mix the sprouts with chat masala and red chilli powder.
* Step 3
First layer- In a wine glass, pour in some beaten curd.
Second layer- Top it with papari
Third layer- Add the red potates
Fourth layer- Add two squeezed bhallas
Fifth layer- Spread some more beaten curd and add sprouts on it
Sixth layer- Pour in pomegranate seeds and green chutney
Seventh layer- Sprinkle crunchy aloo bhujia and some more pomegranate seeds, a bit of more plum chutney.
* Step 4
Isn't it really a sophisticated Chaat.!! Sit back on a comfort chair,dig in each layer. You will realise that each layer is giving a different flavour yet when assembled together, it give a taste of fullfilment !! The crunch of pomegranate seeds, moong sprouts & papri with melt in mouth bhallas and tangy green chutney with sweet and sour potatoes, a sumptuous meal by itself!!
