Chana Vada in baarish- an endless love story

Barish ki rimjhim se, bahar patto ko tazgi mil jaye, Khushiyon ke phool, bathai bithai khil jaye, Baithe hum sofai par,aur chai vada mil jaye!!! Wah kya baat hai! Ye to maanna padega ki barish ke mausam mein chai kai saath vada / pakora lagtai hai bahut awesome!! So without any delay let me share the recipe of crispy chana dal vada before the rain goes away and the sun kicks in!! #rain21 #sangitakalra

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak chana daal for two hrs. Grind it coarsely with ginger garlic, green chillies in it. See that a few chana daal chunks are there.

* Step 2

They taste awesome after they turn crispy. Add in salt,Red chilli, coriander leaves.Mix nicely,add rice flour to make them more crisper. This is a tip to make your vada or pakora crisper add a tsp of rice flour to the batter.

* Step 3

Mix and fry on medium to low flame till golden.Enjoy and relax, with the garama garam chai not to forget the green chutney which is by default vadas ki humsafar! Notes : when you grind the daal use less water to grind keep it thick else your vada might not be as crispy as it should be.
