Crispy Schezwan Paneer Frankie

With the right sauciness of Schezwan Paneer and crispness of fried noodles here we get our perfect flavourful cheat day meal. The best combination one can ever get. Do give it a try #boxweek11 #sangitakalra

Ingredient

5 frankies

Cornflour

1 cup

Maida

1/4 Cup

Dahi

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil noodles(check it's method in my previous hakka noodles recipe.) After boiling, wash them with plain water. Please see that you do not over boil the noodles.After washing the noodles sprinkle oil so that they do not stick to each other. Sprinkle cornflour on the noodles such that all the noodles gets coated. Heat oil and fry the noodles till Crispy. your fried noodles are ready to be in use.

* Step 2

Let's make dough for Frankie, Mix and seive both maida and wheat flour,add salt. With the help of water knead it into a soft dough. Keep kneading giving a stretch to the dough. Apply little oil and knead again to get a smooth texture dough. Cover the dough for half an hour with a moist kitchen towel.

Meanwhile let's make the masala. Mix all the ingredients above and seive it all together. Check the salt according to your taste. And your Frankie masala is ready. Store it in an airtight jar.

* Step 4

Coming back to our dough, divide the dough in balls bigger than the usual balls we make for chapati. Roll them as chapatti with the help of dry flour, a bit bigger in size.Heat a non-stick tawa apply little oil and half cook the chapattis from both the sides. Keep them covered after making all. Now at the time of serving pick each chapatti apply butter and cook till both sides are crispy.

Sprinkle the Frankie dry masala inside. Fill, the paneer Schezwan, drop some fried noodles, sprinkle more dry masala over noodles and roll wrap them half with foil and serve hot with schezwan chutney ! With this dough I could make 5 big Frankies. Notes : These street style Frankies are made with maida.But I have used with half maida n half wheat flour.
