Mango homemade swirl. Having it in softy cones reminded me of my childhood memories , when these cones were a very special new biscuit wafer for us! Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel mangoes and churn to a puree. Add sugar and mix again. Cook it on low flame till it gets thickened. Cool and keep aside.

* Step 2

Now beat cream till soft peaks add the mango pulp and blend to form a nice smooth texture.Add in the mango essence. Pour it to set in the freezer..I tried to make light swrill with this. Well not that perfect as we get from the market but it was not bad.

* Step 3

I poured the ice cream when almost set but not too firm. with the help of icing cone and using big star nozzel I filled my softy cones with it and kept in the freezer to set for an hour so that my soft swrills become s bit firm Sprinkle ed some aam candy tit bits sprinklers !! I am loving it.

My mangoes were too sweet and whipped cream too has sweetness so add Sugar checking the sweetness of mangoes.. Use chilled cream to make ice cream...this ice cream is soft and creamy not very stiff hard kind..
