Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry roast the makhanas till you get a crunch. Check this by pressing it, if it crunches and cracks,they are done. Remove them in a plate.
* Step 2
Now add ghee, spread it with the ladle all around,add salt,pepper, mint powder, chat masala and add the makhanas. Toss
