Pac Man toast

Easiest sooji toast filled with goodness of veggies and seasme seeds. Not only the kids but also we adults wouldn't stop at eating just one. #boxweek2

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the bread in rounds. Mash together potato with other vegies. I used red and yellow capsicum, fresh coriander, finely chopped parboiled broccoli.

* Step 2

Add in seasonings, salt,sooji,lemon juice and cheese cube. Apply it on the bread and press it. Sprinkle seasme seeds toast it on hot griddle applying little butter or ghee.

* Step 3

First toast the plain side of the bread and then carefully flip the stuffed side,cook till the vegeis become little golden.Serve crisp immediately with favourite sauce or chutney It is easy, quick and yummy too !!
