Homemade soft paneer
My purpose to share this recipe is to show that if needed it is possible to make such things at home and they taste better than what we get from outside shops. Now that we all are rethinking how to minimize the entry of this virus in our homes, we can think of making such raw ingredients ourselves. #weekwhite #staysafe #stayhome PS: the only con of this recipe is now my family knows paneer can be made at home in 30 mins so my bahana of "paneer khatm hai" can't work anymore.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the milk stiring in between. As it boils, switch off the gas.Mix water and vinegar and add it little by little till the milk curdles and you see a greenish whey.add in ice cubes. This helps the paneer to become soft.
* Step 2
Now seive it in a muslin cloth wash it nicely, squeeze out excess water and shape it in a log.Press it with inverted rolling board(chakla) and keep it for fifteen mins. Post that keep it in the refrigerator for another fifteen minutes.
* Step 3
Then cut it in desired shape. You can use this for making variety of paneer dishes. I made kadai paneer this time. It was super tasty n very soft paneer. Do give it a try. Next time you crave for paneer and shops are close.try this. Those who do not use full cream milk, no need to feel disappointed. It's just that full cream milk is makes softer than the tonned one but tastes awesome!
