Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the spinach leaves throughly, and put them in the freezer for some time. Add in chickpeas in the grinder, with very little water churn,add garlic, sesame powder olive oil and churn till you get a thick smooth paste, add in chilled green spinach and give a nice churn, add salt and lemon juice.Sprinkle red chilli powder or paprika powder n a dash of oilve oil. Beautiful,healthy green hummus is ready. !!
* Step 2
Now wash and peel the cucumber. Cut the sides of the cucumber length wise and cut even tips from top and bottom. You will get a rectangle shape log. Now with the help of a peeler,Peel the cucumber in thin slices such that you can roll them.
* Step 3
Now spread the hummus on it very carefully. Add chopped cherries and tomatoes on each slice, sprinkle little grated cottage cheese.Now roll it as shown in the pic and carefully plate it garnish it with mint leaves and pomegranate.
* Step 4
NOTE
Do all the preparation before hand and while serving roll them, because if kept for longer,the hummus might leave little bit of its water on the plate.
