Sunday love for pancakes!
Here comes the fluffy nutritious pancakes, which are easy and quick for delayed sunday fun family breakfast or anytime of the day. It has the goodness of whole wheat, banana, apple and milk. That is an ideal choice for a quick start of the day. It is a “must try” for all those who prefer “eggless pancakes”. Here we go….

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing jar churn banana and apple to a fine paste. Give a good churn, add in cinnamon powder, whole wheat flour, milk powder, vanilla essence, baking soda, baking powder, melted butter, castor sugar and milk.
* Step 2
Give a good churn till it forms a smooth paste. Add in a little more milk if required. Add in vinegar and mix to form a batter kind of consistency.
* Step 3
Heat a non-stick griddle, apply little oil and wipe it off with a tissue. Now spread the batter to form a small pancake and cook from one side till you see small bubbles on top. Turn it over and then cook from the other side. No need to apply oil.
* Step 4
Serve them with your favorite sauce, whipped cream and enjoy with fresh cut fruits of your choice.
I tried a twist too. I used a greased, heart shaped cookie cutter. Poured the batter inside the cutter. And cooked the pancake from one side, carefully with a sharp knife, cut the edges from inside the cutter. Removed the cutter, flipped the pancake. And then, I cooked from other side. They really turned out to be beautiful. Now it is your choice you can make round pancakes, without using mould.
