Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop vegetables.

* Step 2

Add generous amount of vegetable oil and fry onion, garlic, chilli and ginger on med-high for 10 min.

* Step 3

Blend paprika and coconut milk until smooth. Keep aside for step 6.

* Step 4

Add spice mix and fry for 3 min.

* Step 5

Add the tomato paste.

* Step 6

Add chickpeas, carrot, paprika-coconut milk and agave syrup.

* Step 7

Simmer for >12 min and prepare rice in meantime.
