Potato Croquettes

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil and mash potatoes.
Add all the spices, Corriander and mix together
* Step 2
Take a small portion of the mixture and roll into an oval shape.
Repeat with the remaining mixture.
* Step 3
Make a batter with flour and water.
Add the potato balls into the batter alone by one and then roll them into bread crumbs or semolina.
* Step 4
Shallow fry them in hot to medium oil.
Remove on a paper towel and serve hot with ketchup or chutney 😋
