Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar and salt. Add 1/2 cup of sourdough starter and knead dough.
Add water if required.
Keep aside for 3-4 hours.
After 3-4 hours, take the dough and divide into equal portions.
Roll into small rotis.
Prick tiny holes using a fork.
Apply pizza sauce and olive oil
* Step 2
Add the veges, grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven @160 °C for 10-12 minutes.
* Step 3
Remove from the oven and enjoy hot mini pizzas with your kids. 😋
