Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

10 minutes
2 cups

Cooked Rice

1 teaspoon

Oil

1 teaspoon

cuminseeds

1/4 teaspoon

Turmeric powder

2-3 cloves

garlic

1/2 inch

Ginger

1/2 cup

Mint leaves

1 tablespoon

lemon juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put the garlic, ginger, Coriander, green chilli and 1/4 cup of mint leaves in a blender. Crush slightly.

* Step 2

Heat a pan. Add oil. Add cumin seeds. Add the crushed mixture, salt and saute well for a minute.

* Step 3

Now add turmeric and cooked rice and mix well. Cover and cook for 2 minutes. Add the lemon juice.

* Step 4

Garnish with remaining 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves and serve hot.
