Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl, whisk together curd, Chickpea flour, salt and water for the kadhi. Heat oil. Saute onions, green chillies, ginger garlic and cook till translucent. Now add the curd Chickpea mixture and keep mixing for 2-3 minutes.

* Step 2

For the gola bhajis, take chickpea flour on a bowl. Add salt, turmeric,ajwain, oil and water. Mix well for 2-3 minutes. Batter should be medium consistency. Heat oil and drop the batter with a Spoon. Fry from all the sides till golden brown and drop directly into the boiling kadhi.

* Step 3

Now in a tadka pan, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Add mustard and cuminseeds, hing and red chillies. Add this hot tadka to the kadhi and garnish with some fresh chopped coriander leaves.
