1 teaspoon

oil

1/4 teaspoon

mustard seeds

Coriander

1.5 cups

hot water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil. Add mustard seeds, green chillies, onion,curry leaves and salt and saute well.

* Step 2

Add carrots and semolina and keep stirring continuously for 2 minutes.

* Step 3

Now add water and cover and cook or 5-7 minutes.

* Step 4

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
