rice

curd

mint leaves

1 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1 tablespoon

red chilli powder

1 tablespoon

garam masala powder

4-5 cups

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil. Add the whole garam masalas, onions and ginger garlic paste.

* Step 2

Now add the tomatoes, salt, curd, mint leaves, green chillies and cook well.

* Step 3

Add the spices and prawns and cover and cook well.

* Step 4

Next add the washed rice, lemon juice and water and cover and cook till the rice is nicely cooked.

* Step 5

Add some fried onions and serve hot.
