A very simple Sheera that we offer as prasadam on festivals.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Roast the semolina dry. Add ghee and keep roasting till nice pink in color.
Add chopped bananas, raisins and keep roasting for a minute.
* Step 2
Now add mill and cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Add sugar and mix till the Sheera leaves the pan.
* Step 3
Add saffron soaked in milk and mix.
Sprinkle some cardamom powder and then garnish with some chopped almonds and cashews.
