Almond Banana milkshake

Almond has a lot of healthy fats, fiber and vitamin E and Bananas are a great source of vitamins and minerals , potassium and fiber.
Here I have combined both these nutritious sources that blend into a delicious milkshake 😋

* Step 1
Blanch the almonds -
Soak the Almonds in hot water for 10 mins. Now peel the skin of the almonds and allow it to dry completely.
Roast the almonds for 2 minutes on very low flame.
Roast the cashews, pistachios and cardamon in the same manner one by one.
Once cooled down, blend them along with milk powder, cardamon seeds and kesar into fine powder
* Step 2
Now take a banana, milk and 2 heaps of this powder in a blender and blend together.
Garnish with some chopped nuts and strands of kesar.
