Chicken schezwan gravy

Spicy and delicious chicken schezwan gravy.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix together boneless chicken, flour, cornflour, soya sauce, garlic, salt, and water and fry in hot oil.
* Step 2
For the gravy, in a pan heat oil. Add garlic, spring onions, green chili, carrots, salt, and saute well.
Add sauce and then water.
Add slurry by mixing cornflour and water together.
Let the gravy boil and thicken a little.
Add the fried chicken pieces and simmer for 2 minutes.
* Step 3
Serve with schezwan fried rice.
