Sweet Corn Crispy fritters /Sweet Corn Pakoda

1/4 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1/4 teaspoon

2-3 Teaspoons

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take out the corn kernels from the corn cob. Mix the corn, spring onions, and salt and keep aside for 5 minutes.

Add ajwain, sesame seeds, turmeric, and besan and mix well. Sprinkle few drops of water and mix.

Heat oil in a kadhai and start frying the corn pakodas in batches.
