Corn pakoda or bhajiyas are so delicious. Crispy corn on a rainy day makes for a perfect snack.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take out the corn kernels from the corn cob.
Mix the corn, spring onions, and salt and keep aside for 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Add ajwain, sesame seeds, turmeric, and besan and mix well.
Sprinkle few drops of water and mix.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a kadhai and start frying the corn pakodas in batches.
* Step 4
Enjoy hot crispy crunchy corn fritters with some tomato sauce or chutney or as it is.
