#eggs #cookpadindia #spicy Some call shev anda rassa and some call Anda misal. It's super easy to prepare and lip smacking.

Ingredient

1 tablespoon

oil

Pinch

hing

1/2 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1 teaspoon

Red Chilli powder

1 teaspoon

garam masala

2 cups

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a pan. Add hing, garlic, and onions. Saute well and add salt, turmeric powder, tomatoes, and red chilli powder.

Add water and once it's boiled, break the eggs one by one directly into it. Don't mix now. Cover and let the eggs cook well for 3-5 minutes.

Once you see eggs are well cooked, add sev and garam masala and switch off the gas flame. Cover and keep aside for 2 minutes

* Step 4

Now garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or chapatis.
