Chicken Pepper Tikka

thick curd

1/2 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1 tablespoon

red chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon

garam masala powder

1 tablespoon

kasuri methi

as required

Broccoli

1/4 teaspoon

Black pepper

As Per Taste

Salt

1/4 teaspoon

black pepper powder

1 teaspoon

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and pat dry chicken. Make small cubes. Mix together curd, all the spices, Kasuri methi, coriander leaves, garlic ginger paste, lemon juice and add the chicken and peppers.

* Step 2

Arrange the chicken and pepper on the skewers. Place them on a hot tawa. Sprinkle some oil drops on it. Flip and cook from all sides. Hold the skewers directly on the gas flame to give it a tandoori flavor.

In the same pan, place the broccoli and roast from both sides. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper powder and drizzle some lemon juice.

Serve hot tikkas with some onions and bell peppers.
