Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and pat dry chicken. Make small cubes.
Mix together curd, all the spices, Kasuri methi, coriander leaves, garlic ginger paste, lemon juice and add the chicken and peppers.
* Step 2
Arrange the chicken and pepper on the skewers.
Place them on a hot tawa. Sprinkle some oil drops on it.
Flip and cook from all sides.
Hold the skewers directly on the gas flame to give it a tandoori flavor.
* Step 3
In the same pan, place the broccoli and roast from both sides. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper powder and drizzle some lemon juice.
* Step 4
Serve hot tikkas with some onions and bell peppers.
