A famous dhaba recipe prepared with chicken and served with rotis,parathas or rice.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add salt, turmeric powder, and ginger-garlic paste to the chicken and keep aside for 15 minutes.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a karahi.
Add the marinated chicken pieces and fry them from both sides.
Now add all the spices and mix.
* Step 3
Add onion puree and mix properly Make a puree of tomatoes, coriander stems and strain it to get rid of the peels.
Add it to the chicken and cook till the chicken is tender.
* Step 4
Serve hot with some lachha parathas or rice.
* Step 5
For the lachha dough, take whole wheat flour. Add salt and curd and knead soft dough. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
Take a ball out of the dough and roll out into oval shape chapati.
Apply few drops of oil or ghee all over and sprinkle some dry flour.
* Step 6
Fold the chapati length-wise and then roll to form a spiral shape.
Dip it into nigella seeds and keep it aside.
Repeat the same process with the rest of the dough.
* Step 7
Roll parathas one by one. Don't flip to many times.
Roast the paratha on a hot tawa from both the sides and apply some ghee on top.
