Eggless pancakes with the goodness of mangoes. Yummy and just perfect for breakfast or brunch or evening snacks.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Sieve together maida, baking powder baking soda and salt.
* Step 2
Add curd, mango puree, milk and ghee
* Step 3
Whisk everything together.
* Step 4
Heat a pan and apply some ghee or butter.
* Step 5
Pour a ladle full of batter and let it cook on low flame.
I make 2-3 at a time as my pan size is very big.
* Step 6
Once you see bubbles, Flip and cook from th other side.
* Step 7
Serve with some mango pieces and puree.
