Ingredient

Food ration :

2 people
2 cups

milk

1 tablespoon

Sabja seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak Sabja seeds in water for 10 minutes

* Step 2

Blend together strawberries (washed and cut) and milk.

* Step 3

Pour it in two glasses. Add Sabja seeds to it and mix. Sabja seeds can be replaced with chia seeds as well.

* Step 4

Serve chilled.
