Vegetables Chilla with khalgut

Veg chilla a mixture of different veggies along with khalgut and curd
Khalgut is an authentic and traditional dip or chutney made with peanuts.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For the Chilla,
Chop all the vegetables together. Add onion, flour and salt, lemon juice and spices and mix.
Add water to form a pouring consistency batter.
* Step 2
Heat a pan. Pour a ladle full of the batter and spread. Add a few drops of ghee and flip the Chilla to cook from the other sides.
Once it is alight brown color, take it out on a dish. Repeat the same way with the remaining batter.
* Step 3
For the khalgut, take peanuts, green chilli, coriander,little water in a mixer jar. Grind into a paste.
* Step 4
Heat a pan or kadhai and add ghee.
Add garlic and onions and saute.
Now add the peanut paste, salt and water. Cook till the khalgut thickens a bit.
* Step 5
Serve hot Chillas with spicy khalgut and curd.
