An authentic recipe served as breakfast in almost every household,yet there are variations in looks, taste and toppings. #breakfast

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash strain the poha 3-4 times until you see clear water.

* Step 2

In a pan, heat some oil. Add mustard seeds. Once they splutter,add onions,salt and little coriander leaves.

Once onions turn translucent, add turmeric and mix properly. Add the poha, potatoes and mix together.

* Step 4

Cover and let it cook for 10mins on low flame.

Garnish with grated coconut,peanuts,and coriander with a dash of lime juice.
